Signing up (below) to my mailing list will keep you up to date with developments regarding classes, workshops and other events. You can unsubscribe at any time. Most of the classes are done whilst lying on a mat on the floor so please use a thick, comfortable mat. Some classes are done sitting and standing. If you wish to discuss if the class is suitable for you, please ring me or email me. Classes consist of gentle, interesting and non-habitual movements done in a comfortable range; 'efforting', stretching or forcing ourselves do not play a part in the class. Learning to move within an easy range of movements is a key part of becoming more self-aware and becoming pain free. They are enjoyable and are done in a supportive and non-competitive atmosphere. The online Summer School 10th-14th August 2020 explored fascial connections from head to feet, diagonals and lateral connections to find easier and more comfortable pathways for movements. The recordings (video and audio) are still available should you wish to purchase them. |
