My name is Julie Taylor-Browne and I am a Feldenkrais (pronounced fel-den-krice) Teacher based near Helston in Cornwall. I have a busy and fulfilling practice incorporating one-to-one sessions, weekly group lessons and regular three-hour workshops.
I am currently offering one-to-one (known as Functional Integration) sessions via Zoom as well as regular classes and workshops in Awareness Through Movement. I also teach group sessions for singers and actors, those in the workplace and to groups of people with specific medical conditions such as Parkinson's disease and ME.
In these challenging times I believe that the Feldenkrais Method can help us mentally, physically and spiritually and I encourage you to give a class or a one-to-one session a go if you haven't already tried it.
Based on my own experience and those of my clients, I know that the classes and the one-to-one sessions can be very effective helping people with reduced mobility or who are in pain through injury, illness, ageing, loss of balance, surgery, emotional difficulties and trauma.
